Date: April 15, 2009 Age: 6 months and 8 days
This was the momentous day that JT started to crawl. Usually when we put him down on his belly or when he'd turn over on his own, he'd just kick with his feet to make himself go forward and then he'd go backwards again since he'd butt his head on the mattress. Or he'd just push his trunk upwards like a halfway done push-up. But that day he suddenly lifted his whole trunk and he swayed gently to and fro on his hands and knees as if he was finding his balancing. It lasted only a few seconds but, oh I was so excited. I knew it was the start of him crawling.
These days it only takes him a few minutes to reach one end of the bed to the other. But usually when he's in the mood or motivated by some brightly colored toy I'm waving.

April 15: JT wearing his PJs. I was so frustrated because I couldn't catch his attempts to crawl. I was always too late.
April 16: Finally! Gotcha! He spends most of his afternoons shirtless because of the summer heat.

my gosh, same birthdays yata babies natin, mine is Oct 8 =) matitigas yata buto ng mga boys, kasi parang di pa crawl si dolly ko although may attempts kaso yung legs nya di kagaya sa first pic ni baby JT... oh well lapit na sila magcrawl talaga.. mapapagod na tayo mga moms
